These terms govern use of the Postiz instance at postiz.craftai.solutions (the "Service"), operated by Craft AI Solutions. By using the Service you agree to them.
The Service lets authorised users compose, schedule and publish content to social media accounts they own or are permitted to manage, and view basic performance information about that content. It is a private, self-hosted deployment for our own team, not a public product.
Accounts are issued to authorised users only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe an account has been compromised.
You may only connect social media accounts you own or are authorised to act for. You remain bound by each platform's own terms and policies — including TikTok's and Meta's — and you are responsible for ensuring content you publish through the Service complies with them. We may remove a connection that appears to breach a platform's rules.
You keep all rights in content you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to store that content and transmit it to the platforms you select, so the Service can do what you have asked of it.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled publishing depends on third-party platform APIs, which may change, rate-limit or fail. We do not guarantee that any given post will be delivered at the requested time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for breach of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
